Personal, Social, Health and Citizenship Education (PSHCE) can be described as 'learning to live life well'. PSHCE deals with real life social and economic issues affecting children and young people, their families and communities. PSHCE education equips young people with knowledge, understanding, attitudes and practical skills to live healthy, safe, productive, fulfilled, capable and responsible lives. PSHCE also encourages them to be enterprising and supports them in making effective transitions, positive learning and career choices and in managing their finances effectively. It enables children and young people to reflect on and clarify their own values and attitudes, and explore the complex, and sometimes conflicting, range of values and attitudes they will encounter now and in the future.

Currently all students in Years 7-9 have two lessons a week, one with their Form Tutor and the other with a PSHCE teacher.
In Years 10 and 11 all students have one lesson a fortnight with their Form Tutor. Their curriculum also includes a variety of talks to help prepare them for post-16 choices
Currently all Year 12 and 13 students have two lessons a week, one with their Form Tutor and the other with a PSHCE teacher. Their curriculum also includes a variety of talks to help prepare them for post-18 choices.
